Where do the proceeds go?

Every ticket purchased supports the Austin Junior Forum and our mission to serve women, children, and older adults throughout Central Texas. Your support also helps preserve the Historic Daniel H. Caswell House, one of Austin’s treasured historic landmarks, for generations to come.
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter Christmas at Caswell?
- Most Christmas at Caswell events are open to guests of all ages unless otherwise noted.
- Women & Wine is a 21+ event. Guests purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages at any event must be 21 years of age or older and be able to present a valid government-issued photo ID if asked.
Are the events wheelchair accessible?
- Yes. The Caswell House is accessible via the elevator located at the rear of the building. Accessible parking is available in the Caswell House parking lot for guests with disabilities.
- To ensure these spaces remain available for those who need them, we kindly ask all other guests to refrain from parking in the Caswell House parking lot.
Where can I park?
- Parking at the Caswell House is limited, so we encourage guests to carpool or use a ride-share service whenever possible.
- Additional limited street parking is available along West Avenue. Accessible parking is available in the Caswell House parking lot for guests with disabilities.
- For SAT, Nov 7th ticket holders, free parking has been made available at St. Martin’s Lutheran Church, located at: 606 W 15th St
- If you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages during your visit, please celebrate responsibly.
Do I need to bring my printed ticket to the event?
- No. Printed tickets are not required.
- Upon arrival, simply check in at the registration desk under the name of the ticket purchaser (if your name was provided as a guest, your name will be listed as well)
- Physical tickets will not be mailed or delivered.
Do all guests included on the same reservation need to check in together?
- No. Guests may arrive and check in separately, provided the ticket purchaser entered each guest’s name during registration.
Can I purchase additional beverages?
- Yes. At events where alcoholic beverages are offered, additional wine, beer, champagne, and select non-alcoholic beverages may be available for purchase.

- Alcohol service is limited to guests 21 years of age or older with valid photo identification. The Austin Junior Forum reserves the right to refuse alcohol service and limit or discontinue the sale of additional beverage tickets at its discretion.
